Help How to move apps if the option 'move to sd card' is missing?

My android tablet has 4.4.2 kitkat. The option 'move to sd card' is missing from all apps. The internal memory is 2GB and the sd card is 16GB. Is there any way to move apps to sd card? My tablet is rooted.

If your device is rooted you should use the app Link2sd to move the apps to SD card.
I tried Link2sd but i get this: "App2SD is not supported by your device. Because your device has a primary external storage which is emulated from internal storage."

Sorry to hear about that.

Without the help of a third-party app like Link2sd, the possibility to move an app to SD card depends on its developer.

Sounds like this particular tablet may have partitioned internal storage, rather than contiguous, the latter been the norm on recent devices. If you can do anything about that, like hacking and modifying it, all depends on what the device actually is, make and model.

Of course I've never used App2SD/Link2SD, so can't really help you there.

Unfortunately, that's the exact reason why we need an app like Link2sd. If the device is not compatible with Link2sd, it's a tragedy.
