Help Offline/No plugin detected

Hi,
I am trying to setup an app to view my outdoor security cameras. I had to do a factory reset on the tablet and lost the one that opened the live view. I cannot find the same one but was told to use SuperLivePro or SuperLive Plus, however, neither one will accept the IP address, or any IP I put in. I downloaded Hik-Connect
and that detects all the info for the NVR but says it is offline. I can open live view from another source but that says, no plugin detected.

I tried to enable the Hik-Connect through Platform Access but it will not let me input a new Platform Access Mode.

I am new at this tablet thing, needless to say, I am totally clueless. Appreciate any info. Thanks

Are all your security cameras the same brand or do you have a mix of different ones?
If they're all the same, if the manufacturer has an Android app you'll probably be better off using that app. If they're from different manufacturers, you'll probably need to use a generic, third-party app.
But going by your description, you need to confirm that your tablet and all those security cameras are connected to the same local network. That's not going to be done through your tablet, that has to done through the router of your LAN.

Given the basic purpose of any security system, you might be better off just hiring a local tech support contractor to a) troubleshoot, configure, and lock down your local network and b) set up your tablet <> security cameras.

Possibly that app was proprietary to the these particular security cameras, and came from the manufacturer? What make and model are the cameras? Could be worth you getting in contact with the manufacturer's tech support about it.

Thank you for your replies. Yes, the cameras are all the same. The system was installed by a professional as it is hard-wired. The camera app was Netgear, but I could not find the same app after the factory reset on the tablet. I contacted the installer and he said to use the SuperLive app. As I mentioned, neither of the SuperLive apps would accept the IP address that is listed in the configuration.

It is a Hikvision system but they do not offer tech support unless purchased through, what they call, a authorized dealer.
