Can't modify mp3 tags

For some reason I can't edit the tags or album art for the mp3s I have on my Galaxy J3 Prime (7.0). When I try to change the album art I get 'selected image can't be found.' I've tried it on both ad and internal memory. When I edit the tags I hit save and when I reopen it the changes are gone.

There's a program for that on your PC.
Should be one for Android too but I haven't used it yet.

I managed to edit them using Star Music Tag Editor. The mp3 player couldn't do it.
