Help Samsung S9 with Oxygen OS animations

I'm in need of a new phone and I've narrowed it down to two; OnePlus 6 and Samsung s9.
I want to lean towards the OnePlus because of OxygenOS and the snappiness of the phone. However, I really like the S9/S8 design and the camera (the camera plays a big part).
I'm asking is there any way to get the Oxygen OS animations (specifically the NEW navigation gestures) on the s9?
If there is then I will be getting the s9
