Samsung Galaxy J7 Sky Pro FRP LOCK. Account not remembered

I need some help, if possible...

My husband factory reset the Samsung Galaxy J7 Sky Pro he's no longer using so our daughter could use it. However, it's requesting that he provides the original Google account he first used when he first set the phone up and he can't remember it. Now he's frustrated, our daughter is having a melt down and I'm left to figure out how to stop the chaos...

Is there any working method to bypass this so she can setup the phone again to be used? If so, could someone please walk me through how to do it, possibly step by step? (I'm fairly new to all of this)
I can't really afford a new device and her phones screens busted and wont even light up but her service still activate as she just paid for it....

Any help appreciated greatly. Thank you in advance.

I've read reports that Samsung Service Centres can reset/clear FRP. You'll likely need to prove rightful ownership, and will probably have to pay a fee as well. Because AFAIK there's no way to bypass it otherwise, because FRP is basically an anti-theft security feature.
