Most all phone brands have switched/ dropped Miracast support in favor of Chromecast. Unless your TV has built in Chromecast support, you might need to get a Chromecast Dongle.

Did a little digging and according to this

Samsung didn't include any type of mirror or cast. Link shows a few work a rounds.
