Notification Problems

Hey guys,

I´ve installed Security Master by cheetah (what a huge mistake!) and it cleanned up all my notification.... Unistalled it, and the problems persists.

Basicly the problem is: I go to Settings>Apps and select one of those apps, then I go to the Notifications option, it says that notifications are on, but I'am not still gettin any...

How to fix it?

All apps that I used the funcion "Clear notifications", after that, all notifications stopped...

My phone is Oneplus 3T, android 8.0 (Oxygen 5.0.6)

I know, it was a mistake... I wanted to get my phone lighter and kicker, so I did it with the app, but I regreted myself, and reverted it with the as well, but it still not working the app...

Basicly, I want to my notifications works properly...
