About privacy protection password

Hello,
Please I really need serious help as regards my Itel A32F android phone I put in my pocket yesterday and I don't really know what happened I just find out later that the phone was requesting for privacy protection password and I input all the password I set to the phone Buh yet is still the same thing till this very moment and the phone is New phone that's not up to 3weeks, please I need advice and clue on what I can do and how to resolve this issue because I can't make use of the phone Buh I can receive calls that's the phone is doing for now .

Buh have input the lock screen password severally Buh is still not accepting !thus I can receive calls from both line just that I can do anything other than receive call! Please what and what can I do ?

Maybe someone remotely uses the Device Manager to lock your device. You will need the username and password of the Google account that was used on that device to unlock it.
 
Privacy protection password is what they call the lockscreen password. I know of no way of changing it without knowing. If you already have a lockscreen password set the device manager (these days called "find my device") can't reset it. It's something that has confused a lot of people because the description is not clear about this, but it's definitely true (many threads about people locked out of their devices trying this and confirming that it doesn't work, and I've tested it myself on my own devices).

If all else fails you could do a factory reset. But do make sure that you know your Google account password before doing this, as you will need that in order to use the phone again afterwards (factory reset protection). And do not change that password before resetting, as the factory reset protection system regards that as suspicious behaviour and will lock you out.
