Facebook has changed Pages Manager for Android phone.

Facebook has changed Pages Manager for Android phone.
I have a samsung galaxy S7. I have a community page on FB which helps find lost pets and yesterday when I opened Facebook Manager which I use for this on my phone, there was no timeline- just messages. There was nowhere to post or look at previous posts. To access this I had to get it through my personal FB page.
What is the point of Facebook Manager if it is only to access mesages?? I reported it to FB but as usual, there will be no reply.
I tried to access Facebook Manager on my Samsung tablet and it was fine- just as before- but on my phone it is useless. WHY does FB keep changing things which are always for the worse and not to improve anything?
Has anyone got a clue what to do or is Pages manager just useless now. I use it everywhere where my laptop or tablet is not accessible. Does anyone else have Pages Manager with the same problem?

I finally understand delete Facebook.
You don't need there app it just takes up space on your phone if you have some kind of internet connection.
Facebook manager deals only with the community page I have and it is/was easier to deal with everything on that page using FB Manager. I Just wondered if anyone else is experiencing the same issue. Why do they offer Facebook manager if there is no longer a timeline on it?

I'm confused about the messenger app for Android or iOS devices
Welcome to the forum :)

It would be better if you posted your question in a new thread, since Messenger is something completely different from the Pages Manager app that was being discussed here, so it confuses things to have two unrelated questions in one thread. Also it would help if you explained what your problem actually is: what do you find confusing and what do you want to know?

Looks like my problem is just one of many useless changes that Facebook makes. Instead of improving anything, it is always worse. Who thinks up these ridiculous ideas I wonder.

Sounds like your Phone got an update from FB that your Tablet didn't. But either way as members suggested, if you got an internet connection on your device is best to connect with FB from your device browser and get rid of FB apps.

If you've read some of the FB management emails that the UK Parliament recently got hold of you'd realise that this sort of thing is the least of the problems with Facebook.
