The Alcatel cp100 is a 10 year old feature phone, it's not powerful enough to run Android.Is it possible to create my own smartphone and use the cp100 just as a shell?

It might be possible to use the shell for a new phone, but you'd have to design and build custom parts. Would cost tons of money.

Its sounds like an impossible project, somthing i would like try doing. Can you guys point me to the right direction, to where ahouls i start, as in softeare or hardware?In addition, you'd have to write custom low level software components, such as device drivers for your custom hardware.
Basically construct your own version of Android to run on this device, from the ground up.
