Was your phone rooted? The only reason I would think you'd see a warning about a custom binary is if the phone was modified from stock.

You may need to take it back to stock if possible. Can you get it into download mode? Perhaps Samsung Smart Switch's emergency recovery can get you back to stock if you can get it into download mode (and you'll need both the model and serial numbers).

IS IT BRICKED,:(

This may or may not work but it doesn't hurt to at least try.
Take out the battery of your On7 and leave it that way for several minutes, just to let any residual (capacitive) energy drain away. You might also want to remove the SIM card and the microSD card if you have one. This shouldn't be a factor but since you've got your phone's back cover off anyway.
After waiting a while, put the battery back in and try to boot up into Download Mode again.

Thanks man, i let the battery alone for half n hour, repeated the same steps tried every combination ,still no luck

A 'USB jig' might be able to force your phone into Download Mode. This worked with a Galaxy S3 and a S4 so it's more of a legacy suggestion, no idea if works with a On7 or any more recent phone.
