Honestly never heard of him before but if he's facing that amount of time then he's probably earnt enough for a good lawyer. He'll get off on some technicality or it'll be pointed out to the jury that every one of them has pirated something when they recorded something off the tv or radio. He'll get off scott free. I pay for my games so I'm not condoning it, it's just the way the world works.
 
The hand-held itself is just one of many cheapo emulator things, usually pre-loaded with hundreds of pirated Nintendo, Sega, Capcom, Konami and SNK games. They've been around for a while now. I've got two of the things here, that I bought locally. :D Looks like he's put his name to this one, and is/was selling it for a vastly inflated price.

Apparently he's selling a whole range of cheapo and knock-off. The "SoujaGame", I call those things "Chintendo", a contraction of Chinese Nintendo, which is another cheapo emulator console, pre-loaded with hundreds of pirated games.

The "Souja Watch" itself is a cheapo fake Apple Watch.
 
BTW my favourite Chinese made game console is the Vii, from KenSingTon. And the games in it were specially made for it, and not pirated.
It wasn't actually called "Chintendo" as the video makes out. Was made in 2007, when imported games consoles, like Wii, Xbox, Playstation etc. were banned here.

Techmoan on Youtube recently made a video about them, and the orders are directly fulfilled and shipped by Amazon apparently


I effectively bought a 16GB micro-SD pre-loaded with 3,000 bootleg games, and got a nice free yellow "Pokemon" edition console with it.

Wow. Just amazing that Amazon are selling these. At £70 each, someone is making a serious amount of money here.
