Pixel XL & game capture

I've been struggling to capture my XL screen for streaming games through my PC. I have an elevator hd60, a USB c to HDMI adapter Cable, and an HDMI splitter but the elgato software won't recognize the phone. Is there anything I can do?
I've reinstalled the software for win 10, updated drivers, and still nothing.
I've also picked up at Samsung tab A and still nothing. The elgato won't recognize a signal. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

This makes me think that it may be an issue either with the elgato software or with the adapters used in your setup rather than the Pixel itself. Any chance you could contact elgato for support?
