Want to turn my phone into a toddler toy

I have an S5 that's been sitting in a drawer for years, and a kid that has recently reached the toddler stage and wants to play with my main phone all day. I was hoping that maybe there was a toddler-friendly ROM I could put on the S5. Something where all the connectivity can be cut off and he gets something that just gives him tons of buttons to push that make noises and music and had bright, flashy animation. Maybe something that could show him the camera without the ability to take pictures (he just likes seeing himself and other people in video).

Any ideas on a good way to do this type of stuff?

Hello and welcome to Android Forums MrHigglesworth :D

First and foremost, which of the 42 Galaxy S5 models do you have? See #1.2 of 42 Galaxy S5 models - Dummies Guide

On the S5, set up a Samsung Account, then from the Galaxy App Store, download Samsung Kid's Mode. It's basically what you're looking for I think. It sort of locks down the phone into a child friendly mode and interface.
