I'm trying to figure out why my hotspot no longer allows my other phone to sign in. Says log into Wlan network when I pay for the unlimited $60 plus . I paid last night and it still won't work? Can anyone please help me? I get 30gbs of hotspot and had no problem last month. Ty

Contact your carrier's customer support about it I think. Maybe they have to configure something on your account? Are you in the US, and who's your carrier?

Paying extra for tethering is not something I've ever had to deal with.

Me neither, Yes am in United States I'm in Louisiana. I have recenly , last month switched to Boost. That was my next choice , to ask them, may not help, when I bought the new phone, LG Stylo4, when girl gave me box and phone i didnt realize she had kept the stylus that came with it.

By 'hotspot' are you referring to a hotspot app/service you have set up on a phone or a stand-alone, hotspot device? (i.e. a carrier activated unit that sits on a table or in your pocket while traveling.)
For either, since things were working before and just stopped recently, have you tried just rebooting your phones, or the hotspot unit? If the problem remains after restarting everything than at least you know there's an actual problem and not just some one-off glitch.

It's an app I that came with my phone, I have the unlimited $60 plus plan. Get unlimited everything, 30gbs of hotspot per mnth. I even factory reset my phone and my spare phone, my husband uses the hotspot on it for games and it worked last month but not now. His dad's hotspot works. I'm stumped

You might be able to set the hotspot through settings instead of an app. go to settings>networks>tethering and see if there's a place to turn on the mobile hotspot.
