Help How Can I call Us number

You won't be able to phone free using Skype unless it's another Skype number (and I imagine it's the same with WhatsApp). But Skype's international calling rates will be a lot lower than your cellular provider's are (low enough that the £10 credit I put on my Skype account a few years ago for calling home when outside the EU is still less than half used, while a single short call from the US or Japan would have swallowed that and more at my provider's roaming rates).
 
If Google Hangouts app hasn't been shut down yet. It lets you call any US landline or cell number for free. I've used it when outside of the US and has worked very well for me.

That's correct. Download the app called Hangouts dialer, and with it you can call any US and Canadian number. Make sure to enter +1 before the number, otherwise it won't work.
