Clear plastic film over touchpanel

HI,

I know this is lame but I am leaving my plastic film over the touchpanel on. It is protecting the glass and see no ill effects from the touchscreen at all. Almost no one notices since I press it into the glass to get rid of any bubbles etc.

Oh i can't stand leaving those manufacturing protectors on! I demand you all take them off right now!

And yes, I'm one of those guy who will take those protectors off for you. :D

Geez,

Just when you think you are the only one doing something stupid:D......

Happy Halloween,

I've still got the factory cover on, though it does have a couple of annoying bubbles in it. As others have noted, it's a great out-of-the-box alternative until a real screen protector arrives.

I've used Invisible Shield (www.zagg.com) on every portable, screened device I've got: PSP, digital SLR, half a dozen GPSrs, iPhone, etc. I went ahead and ordered the Full Body protector for the G1 - though, based on my experiences with the far-more-streamlined iPhone... I'm probably gonna regret it, when trying to hold down all the little flaps and tabs to cover this case design. Regardless, these are the best screen protectors around, in my experience - and come with a lifetime guarantee.

It will also be interesting to see how it's cut: Since the iPhone has no removable battery cover, or SD slot - it wasn't a problem that the protector wrapped around the entire case. I'll report back how it works out...

i went to bestskinsever.com and got mines for 5.99. I think its 7.99 now. Its a clear film u put over the phone and it is great. It looks bubbling when u first apply it but once the adhesive sets it, its perfect. I like the way it feels.
