Show touches doesn't show in recordings

Why?!

It worked on my old phone Galaxy J5 (2017), but not with my new phone Galaxy A7 (2018)

Touches show all the time correctly and even when recording a game video, but after watching the recorded video itself, it doesn't show any touches in that recording.

I need this issue to be solved, please help.

Yeh, nobody knows apparently. I didn't think that screen touches were captured as part of a screen recording. Certainly never seen it myself on any device I've had.

I know in the Developer settings there maybe an option for making screen touches visible, and those could possibly be captured by a screen recorder? Suggest you try that.

See what you mean. If you enable show screen touches on the phone's Developer settings, screen touches are shown, should be recorded, and do look like your mcoc videos. Developer settings are not visible by default, and not sure how you enable it on a Samsung.

Go to settings>about phone and tap build number multiple times until developer mode is enabled. Then you should have Developer options show up in system settings and you can turn on the show touches option.
