Help Can not connect Alcatel A30 Fierce to Wi-Fi at home

I've tried and done everything - resetting the phone, FACTORY RESET, double checked all my passwords, reset my modems at home and my office - reconfigured my wi-fi to WPA, and the list goes on and on....yes my system is u p to date (Unless there is some random update that I have to do manually that I don't know about).

What am I missing or is this a known problem - I see that it has been googled quite a bit, but I couldn't find a solution. HELP!!!!!!!

WPA vs. WPA2. ... WPA2 is designed to improve the security of Wi-Fi connections by requiring the use of stronger wireless encryption than WPArequires. Specifically, WPA2 does not allow the use of an algorithm called Temporal Key Integrity Protocol (TKIP) that is known to have security holes and limitations.Sep 20, 2018

Well thank you so much for your reply, but it neither answers the question at hand nor contributes to my thought process as I had already considered Wi-Fi security settings and ruled it out as a problem, as far as I could tell. Unless I am completely huffing glue?

Is this problem just with your home WiFi? Or are you having problems connecting your phone with other WiFi networks too?
Trying to determine if your issues are tied to your home network or your phone.

Good question - I work from home, so I am rarely out and about connecting to other Wi-Fi's - HOWEVER, I HAVE been able to connect to Wi-Fi's in recent days and this problem is several weeks in the making. So, the other thing that I observed (I think), is that there are a few other regular places I go - and the problem seemed to get worse - and in Hotels seems to be a problem.

Well, if you can connect to other WiFi networks than at least that rules out any general issue with your phone, or at least its WiFi connectivity. This would be an indicator that there's something with your home WiFi that's the problem.

-- What kind of router to you have? An ISP-supplied modem/router unit or do you have your own router? If your own, what model I.D.?

-- Approximately how far away is your phone from your router? Also, do you have any other mobile devices that can or cannot connect to your home WiFi network?

-- Were things working OK previously and this connectivity issue just started recently, or has it been a long-standing issue?

So I'd venture to say you misunderstood my last bit of info - Mostly because I wrote it terribly, I am sure. So it was kind of a YES and NO on connecting to other Wi-Fi's - For instance, I frequently stay in a Hotel where my business does pretty regular conferences...They always comp me a suite ....- and there, the Wi-Fi does the same thing it does to me at home - It will connect for a while, then eventually it disconnects for no reason, while all other devices stay connected. So I'll power it down, then try to re-connect - and sometimes it connects - nop problem - and other times it has authentication problems - when nothing has changed....Does that clear it up? It has to be the phone. I have re-configured my own network to my own torture and the behavior of this ONE device is the problem.

OK, that revelation is something to reconsider. Do you have any kind of anti-virus/anti-malware app installed on your phone? Have you tried disabling it to see if that makes any difference?
Also, just to clarify does this problem happen only with WiFi connectivity or are there similar issues when using mobile data?

This is a somewhat extreme measure but since is apparently a repeating WiFi issue you might want to go into your Settings menu and find the Network settings reset option. I refer to it as 'extreme' as it will clear basically everything network related -- so saved WiFi networks, Bluetooth pairings, customization you might have made to mobile data settings will be deleted and reset back to their defaults.
