My lock screen has shifted too low so now the camera shortcut is out of reach and the clock is cut off, i have googled around for it but no luck wondering if if anyone has had this problem and knows a solution thanks in advance. I have a Huawei honor 7x

For information, if your Honor is ever updated to Pie, EMUI 9, you will NOT be able to use any third-party launchers with it, like Nova. That was one of the changes Huawei made in EMUI 9, locking out third-party launchers. Oppo(Color OS) and Vivo(Funtouch OS) phones can't use third-party launchers either AFAIK.

Can you reposition the time? Long-press the time on your lock screen and see if you can move it up. Maybe the other icons will follow.

I would think there would be a setting in EMUI somewhere to control the position of the clock on the lock screen.

It might be all part of the same setting. In AOSP you can add and remove shortcuts from the lockscreen and select the clock position. Maybe if EMUI has something similar, you can get them to show up by removing them and adding them back.

Unfortunately I don't have an EMUI phone anymore (I flashed LineageOS to it) so i can't confirm where they are or if they even exist for you. Hopefully someone with access to ... oh wait, i think @LV426 just got an Honor phone. Maybe he can locate the settings for you.

I have an Honor 9 Lite. Those setting aren't available.
My lock screen looks ok, but I'm using the default launcher and never installed Nova.

You could try messing around with the settings under 'Display' - Home screen style, etc. To see if that makes a difference.
Sorry but I can't suggest anything more specific.
