Apps Publish an Android app on behalf of a customer?

Hi all.
As a software developer, I develop a white label app that is then branded for my client.

Is it possible to publish the app on behalf of my client so it's under their Google PlayStore account? Will this allow them to respond to customer reviews on the PlayStore?

If it's possible, I believe the client requires to have a google account, but what type of an account and I how can I push the build from my dev account to their account so the client can publish it?

Yes, you can upload the app to their account. They just need to add you as an admin.

Tell them to go into the "Play Console > Settings > Users & Permissions" and click on the send invite button to add you. They also need to set the level of access they want to give you. Once they do this, you can upload apps directly to their account and publish it yourself to the Play store depending on the access level they give you.

Since it's their account they will be able to reply to reviews and if they give you high enough access, you will be able to reply to reviews also.

They only need to have a developer account like the one you have, which long ago when I got mine, it was $25.
