So what is the state of the device? That looks like an excerpt from a log file, which suggests that you have some access, to it but your post implies that you don't.

How can you have access to just developer options? If you can access that you are clearly logged in to Android.

Can you describe the weird behaviour? Without more information I doubt anyone can help. The more detail you can give the better (what you observe, anything you've done).

Welcome to Android Forums, Justtryingtofigureitour. :)

We'd like to help but, frankly, you're not making it easy. Your original post, with no punctuation, is hard to decipher. Then your additional info just adds to the confusion.

Please tell us:
- what device you're using
- what its Android version is
- when exactly do you see the [error?] log you posted? What are you doing when it shows up?
- is your phone rooted?
- which carrier do you have?
- what 'weird' things make you think someone has access to your device?

Please write clear sentences with punctuation. We'll try to help! :D

That's what I'm saying I don't know how but it is already rooted i bought it from family Dollar about two months ago and ever since I got it. It has been acting funny so I started to do some research and when I looked at the recovery logs f has some commands and uses that's links it to being rooted. Sorry dont know much about developing YET....LOL ☺ .IFYall cant . help I understand Thanks In an advance

What's Family Dollar? Is that like Cash Converters or something, which is second hand stuff. A phone that's rooted and you don't know how it became rooted, is definitely very risky, like there could be anything going on with it, spyware, etc. New phones don't come rooted, exceptions might be some cheapo fake thing, bought directly from China.

As I don't know what phone you've got there. It maybe possible to re-flash it, or it may not be possible. If it's only 2 months, is there a possibly of returning it for a refund?

You could start by telling us what is funny about it: just repeating that it acts funny but not explaining what is funny about it tells us nothing and hence makes it impossible to help.

This includes whether it is rooted or not. You tell us you know very little, so how do you know it's rooted? The Linux administrator account is called "root", so it's perfectly normal to find references to root in unrooted stock phones, and we have had people before now who have concluded that their phone was rooted because they didn't know this. This is why I ask you to tell us what you see rather than what you conclude.

But if you just want to be safe and don't want to describe what you are seeing, you need to reflash the phone with a complete set of stock firmware - that will overwrite anything that has been done. If you want help with that you will at least need to tell us what phone you have, since firmware and the tools to flash it are specific to the model of phone.

When/if you decide to do as I requested earlier, I'll try to help.

No and it's a orbic wonder

No, Family Dollar is a chain of discount stores. I've never been to one so I'm not sure if they're like 'dollar stores' (that's a thing here in the US), where, supposedly, nothing costs more than $1. But definitely not used/secondhand merchandise.
Well if it isn't second hand then that makes it even more likely that it's not rooted at all, just that the owner has seen the word "root" in one of the many places you'll find it in any android device and, not knowing better, drawn the conclusion that this must mean that the phone is rooted.

But as long as they prefer not to provide answers there's nothing can really be done to help them.
