did a factory reset on my tablet try to login to playstore with Google credentials goes to checking info and loops till it states problem connecting to Google servers I have no issue on my s10 any help would appreciated

Try uninstalling all updates for Play (just checking as the FDR should have done this) or clearing data for the Play app.

Have you tried going to the Play Store with a browser, and seeing if you can log in that way?
cleared cache and data in play, playstore and google framework still goes to checking info
and times out after 10minutes

should I power off and back on after doing this

got onto google play alright as soon as I tap go to playstore from Google play it goes back to checking info again must be google I guess

I was able to sign into Google play in the browser but once I tapped go to playstore checking info immediately popped up and never stopped checking. factory reset again and will start over again it has to be on Google's end I think of course google only offers live help or chat for advertisers lol
Did you follow the link I posted? There shouldn't be any 'tapped go to playstore' involved--it's a direct link to Play.
Depending on your settings, clicking the link may spawn the Play Store app; you may need to long press on the link and then choose to open it in your browser.

Tried it as soon as I tapped the link it went to the checking info message again I think the issue is with google

Try wthout reboot. If the problem presists, retry (clear data) again with a reboot.
Also ensure wifi and data are OFF before clearing the data...
