Mobile hotspot auto off

My mobile is having a problem my hotspot is switching off automatically please help tried resetting the network no use

I don't know the phone you've got there, but check in the hotspot settings, for things like data limits or timeouts. The phone I've got has an option for setting a data limit for a tethered device, and if it exceeds that, it shuts off.

It's a lenovo k5 note tried everything nothing works

Maybe your carrier is cutting it off? Some carriers may charge an extra subscription for hotspot usage, particularly carriers in the US. Who is your carrier, and where are you?

I am in india nothing like what u said have a big data plan
