Android 9 showing wrong data usage

But if you know your data usage is actually within your 100Gb allowance does it matter what your phone is telling you.

The time to worry is if they started charging you for excessive and incorrect data usage.

You saw the screenshot? Because idk if it's working

I want the to know the usage because the 100gb gets consumed fast so i want to know if i am really using this much

Because it happened before that i reached the limit before doing anything
 
Well have you spoken to WE, what are they billing you for data usage, what do your bills show.

I'm a little bit confused, in your first post you said your 100Gb allowance doesn't get consumed.

I usually don't get billed till the month ends
The internet will just slowdown after the limit is reached

The internet gets really slow because i reached the limit yet i haven't really used that much

Here is photo for example
I used 87 gb since the start of the new bill month (3/20) but my phone shows o used more than that

Hi @MohamedE9, I think I've located an app on Play Store, WE Pay, associated with an Egyptian company called Telecom Egypt. Is that the company you're dealing with?

I've read some of the reviews of the app and they don't instil any confidence in my mind as to the effectiveness of the app or it's reliability.

You haven't said anything about speaking to them so I would do so as a matter of urgency and try and sort something out to your satisfaction.

I would continue with trying a third party data usage monitor to help get some idea of what is going on.

I think you should install a third party data counter as a next step, and see how that compares.

It monitors both WiFi and mobile data usage, with a fairly comprehensive range of settings.

I've used it for a number of years on all my devices. It's user friendly and I have no problems with it.

I am using glasswire data monitor but will try that

Also i see that the data usage is showing normal on my other phone....

Are you downloading the same data to both devices?

What make/model is the other device?

Have they always shown different data usage?
My other phone is Sony z3

I am not downloading the same data

I meant that the usage shown is what is actually used according to what i. Am doing on the phone

I think is issue is on the honor phone itself

(it's not really much of an issue but i asked here if i may find a solution )
