Application to control the Charging / Data transfer when data cable is plugged.

Hi.. I am Kavinraj and I was on the development of application for controlling the data transfer from the android device through ah android application and As I am new to the USB programming in android device I would like to know the possibility of controlling the data transfer through an application UI instead of native settings.
