Screen stutters

Nope. It's just that occasionally, when watching an image that moves, sorta jumps across the screen. Probably going to wipe the tablet clean, reload everything and hope it gets OK.

I had that recently with my moto edge plus, just clean it and reset the bg data on the app, and it should be alright :)
I have the same tablet :) Mine seem pretty great when streaming.
 
Did a factory reset. No more stuttering. Now trying to figure out how to disable Bixby, sync calendar & contacts with my iPhone. Never ends.

App settings, go to Bixby and shut it off that way. I hate bixby anyway.

So how did you sync calendar & contacts with your iPhone before you factory reset? Presumably you can still do the same thing now.
 
Bixby gave me headaches. Reset everything again and left Bixby alone (for the time being). Reloaded all the apps again. Installed Google Drive on my the tablet, iPhone and iMac. Installed Google calendar & contacts on all 3. They're all playing well together. If it starts to stutter again, will see how far I can throw it.
