Hello.

Galaxy S10e with Android 10 on StraightTalk.

StraightTalk has a text help service by sending keywords to 611611 using SMS. When I send such a keyword message to 611611, I get an error "Couldn't send message". How can i fix this? (I've already cleared phone app date and cache)

Try just 611 not 611611

David05, that was a good thought. I used just 611 and sent an appropriate text help word ("usage") but did not get a reply. I downloaded another SMS manager (google's) and it worked immediately with 611611. Seems like there is some conflict between my phone,Samsung's SMS app and StraightTalk's automated help system.
