I was using a plug in telescoping antenna to listen to local FM radio and the antenna got broke off.

The stub is still in my phone, it is not protruding enough to get a hold of it with anything as it is down flush with the phone, any suggestions on how to remove it ?

TIA

good suggestions, tweezers and screws are out, superglue might be an option :

A steel hook and pick set can be had at Harbor Freight for about $5 USD.

They look like dental tools.

Any misplaced Superglue can be removed with acetone.

Nail polish remover and brake cleaner are simple sources of acetone.

Brake cleaner is the better of the two, as it is not tainted with scent or colorants.

If you can get inside the device enough, you may be able to push the tip back out using a pick.

Do you still have the rest of the tip that broke off?

That may be the best option to try to Superglue to the rest that is stuck.
Use a pick or a pin to put the smallest amount onto the parts, plug in the other part, wait and pray that they stick tigether good enough for removal.

Use acetone and a pick to clean any Superglue from the inside of the jack before you try to use it again.
