hi again guys, going back to an earlier problem about a sim unlocking site saying they couldn't unlock my phone because the Imei has no data , what does this exactly, cheers

No idea what that means.

But is the phone still showing a valid IMEI number, and it isn't blank or all 000s or something?

Hi thanks for replying, no it's showing a full imei number they said they couldn't unlock it because the imie had no data, it's on US Verizon at the moment ,thanks

The conventional way, that's also much safer, to unlock a SIM card is through the carrier that provided it. Most of those third-party SIM unlocking sites are pretty dodgy and involve a much higher level of risk.
