Turn Location on/off on Galaxy Tab S6

I have Bixby routines on my Galaxy S10 phone that turn Location on and off. When I created the routines, Location was listed in Connections. I would like to create similar routines for my Galaxy Tab S6, but Location is not listed in Connections. Where is it? Both devices are running Android 11.

Can you use the search in the settings to find it? Or does that not work for setting up bixby routines?

(I disabled everything Bixby on my phone so I'm afraid I can't test myself.)

Unless I missed something, the Verizon link above simply tells me how to turn on Location using Settings. I want to turn it on with a Then clause in a Bixby routine.
