Help on ussd code running problem

Please i need your help, how can i fix the issue of ussd codes not running on my Samsung galaxy Jean - A6+. Thanks

My phone doesn't display options for Network mode and Network operators yet am having issues with running ussd codes, how do i solve this please some help needed. Thanks

USSD codes can be carrier specific. So check that you're actually sending the correct codes for your particular carrier. Their customer service should be able to assist.

Yeah am sending the right codes but the response is try again.

Maybe there's a problem in your carrier's network? Suggest you enquire with their customer service, and report the issue.

have you tried calling your carrier? what are you trying to do with ussd codes? who is your carrier?

Yes i contacted them and i was told the problem is with the device

YES i contacted them and they said that the problem is with the device
