Samsung S20 5g vibrates issue

My phone vibrates all the time when I'm watching things online or downloading things. The progress bar vibrates with every MB it downloads so it does it continuously. I just want the vibrates on for when i get text messages through and not when I'm downloading music etc.

Is there a setting I'm missing somewhere? There's no haptic feedback setting I can see.

Please help.

I've uploaded a pic of what I've selected and de selected but still no change. Should it vibrate (or an audio text message alert when in ringer mode) every single time it downloads a KB or MB ? It's doing my head in now.

That's not normal for Samsung phones. Is it some third-party app that's doing the downloads? Is it a browser or something? Maybe check the notification settings for that particular app? Tapping on the progress bar should indicate which app it is.

I did have this happening once, and it was a Chinese app store doing it. That was vibrating and notifying for every MB it was downloading.
