What are you drinking right now?

Monday morning is weigh-in day, and I'm a bit nervous about being behind goal on this Sunday night. In addition to a glass of Merlot, I'll be knocking down a bottle of magnesium citrate to clean out the ol' fart locker of any excess ballast before stepping on the scale in the morning.
 
I switched from water, switched from a drinkable essential oil juice, some off brand root beer and back with water, and oh yeah now light coffee.
(That was most of my afternoon, my sister swung by.)
 
Schedule permitting, I try to be at our community rec center 6 days a week to work out. I walk 1.5 miles on the track (average time 21 minutes) and do upper body workout in the pool (three sets of 10 with the aquatic paddles). As such, I have ramped up my electrolyte intake. However, it's back to my usual: ice water.
 
Something different, been sticking with mostly water
