SMS messages are only stored on your phone, so without a backup they will be gone forever if you clear all data.

So what are you using for backups? There are stand-alone SMS backup utilities which work just fine, but I suspect that none of these will back up RCS messages, so if you use those you might have to rely on Google for backups. (I don't know how Google store RCS messages on the phone, but they have been very reluctant to allow anyone other than themselves and Samsung to use the RCS APIs, which is why I'm guessing that most utilities won't be able to back those up. RCS has been one of the least open Android features ever, and to be honest it feels like Google are trying to force people to use their Messages app for some reason).

new update version messages.android_20260203_00_RC00.phone_dynamic but still does the same thing messages do not appear when clearing data does the same as well on my old Redmi note 9s with the same update

i do have a backup via Google one

yep but you can't back up messages you needto pay to do this
You don't: there are many SMS backup options out there. The thing about SMS is that there is a single system SMS database which is the same whatever message app you use, and hence you can use a backup app that's nothing to do with your message app (this is also why you can swap message apps and still see your old messages: the message app is just a user interface, it doesn't own the messages).

But that's just SMS (and MMS). RCS is a different thing, so if you use that then you really have no choice but to use Google's app (or Samsung's if you have a Samsung phone). I personally don't use RCS in large part because I find the visual design of Google's app awful, so unfortunately I have no experience of how it works in restoring backups and what's normal. But why do you keep clearing all data anyway? If you are installing customs ROMs that makes sense, but presumably you could use Titanium Backup or extract the message backup from a nandroid if you are rooted. But since I stopped playing with such things I don't think I've ever found a need to reset my phone, whereas it sounds like something you do regularly.
