I did ask co pilot this but English seems to fail me from time to time:

PlayStore → Profile icon → Settings → General → Auto-update apps→ Turn off
This keeps your phone clean.

- I do not see the Auto-update apps in my profile, anyone can look this up for me... Unless it means via p.c.
