What are you drinking right now?

You're a better man than I Gunga Din 😆

I have my daily fix with coffee and tea.
Intriguing reference, never fashioned m'self as such. As to the caffeine, when I lost the taste for coffee I soon found that the tannins in tea had a displeasing effect on my gums. Then after not drinking most types of tea I found out how caffeine effected me and chose to avoid it.

I'm not certain the good out weighs the bad with caffeine intake. If you have known negative reactions to caffeine, it would be best to avoid. Google provided a short list of positives of caffeine intake.
Key benefits include:

  • Enhanced Focus: Stimulates the central nervous system, boosting dopamine and norepinephrine for better concentration.
  • Physical Performance: Helps delay fatigue and improves muscle efficiency during workouts.
  • Disease Prevention: Linked to a lower risk of conditions like type 2 diabetes, Parkinson's disease, heart failure, and liver disease.
