K9 2.800?

release notes on the k9 site show version 2.800, but the only version available for download is 2.790. is 2.800 available somewhere that i can't see?

I don't know. I was trying to figure out the same there.

2.790 is new as of today, but where is 2.8?

Even more confusing is that many (all?) of the things in the release notes are already in.

Like this one:
Add configurable IMAP IDLE refresh frequency in Incoming server settings

I guess maybe those were added in the 2.7x releases, so they are in the 2.8 final release notes?

2.8 will be released to the market.

2.7xxx are test builds leading up to that release

I've branched MAINT-2.8 and rolled 2.790. I also spent the last couple
hours editing down our change log to a ~coherent ReleaseNotes update -
ReleaseNotes - k9mail - Changes in each revision of K-9 - Project Hosting on Google Code - If folks can
sanity check it, that'd be great.

Assuming we don't find anything crazy, I'll release 2.800 on Saturday.
I think the highlights I'd like to emphasize in our 225 characters on
the Market are:

- Configurable font sizes
- Yahoo IMAP support
- Integrated Inbox
- Huge sync improvements

There wasn't a 2.7xx release.

2.6=release
2.7xx=test builds
