I was with Sprint and I had an LG Fusic. I used it for calls and texts and a very few pictures. I had it for two years.

BlackBerry Bold 9000, AT&T

I've found that some BB specific shortcuts are hardwired in my brain, for example holding a key in the keyboard for a couple of seconds makes it uppercase (in the BlackBerry). I find myself attempting to do this out of habit all the time in my Droid (I'm sure I'll get used to it, eventually).

I like the bigger screen on this device, I also like the way that web pages can be zoomed in.

I miss how I could use the physical keyboard one handed in the BlackBerry.

I was using a BB 8300 from work. I got tired of having a phone that was locked down from the BB server and that I couldn't customize.

My Option was: "BlackBerry or PDA on another carrier" which should maybe say "G1 or PDA on another carrier". :) Because I'd imagine a decent amount of G1 users have moved on to the G1. For me the Droid is the spiritual successor to the G1.

I have the Samsung Hue on Alltel, now Verizon. Before that I had a Kyocera 7135, so this isn't my first smartphone, but obviously the Droid is way more advanced and has so many more features than the Kyocera.

BlackBerry Tour 9630 on VZW running OS 5.0.

Don't get me wrong, it's a great phone and very functional. I just wanted something more media centric and fun.

Switched from an iphone on Friday and couldn't be happier. For my purposes, the droid blows the iphone out of the water.

Verizon, LG Voyager. It was neat, but the internet access took forever and wasn't worth using. I was waiting for an iphone to come to Verizon, but the Droid has now fulfilled that want :)

I had a 5 year old verizon phone, never upgraded because all the phones didn't have any features I wanted, but the droid finally got me to upgrade :D

I have been using MotoQ for the past 3 years now..... looking forward to my Droid when I get home today.... just got an email confirmation that 'it' awaits me patiently on the hands of our doorman... hehehehe:)
