any task manager (not killer) like in winmo so i know which apps are open?

i like how in winmo , you can click the top right icon area and pull up all open apps to quickly switch between them. with android, i have to hit the home screen, swipe left (usually one time) to find my app and "re-open" it again. it's a hassle. maybe android doesn't have this option, maybe it's just a winmo thing, but i'm still getting adjusted from winmo > android

I've been using EStrongs Task Manager v1.0.9 Application for Android | Productivity
Does let you kill apps but it's not an automated task killer
works well enough. Looks like I installed it just in time though; it's ad supported now.

on the inc (and I assume others) long press the "home" button to get the last 6 opened apps.

There are apps in the market that will extend that function to more than 6.
