    Help [ATT] App that allows me to turn off 4g?

    From the looks of it, on the Galaxy S4 ATT there isn't a way to do this, is there anything out there that can do this for me? Every app I have found takes me to the network settings where with ATT/GSM doesnt seem to be anything I can do there to change 4g
