I'm trying to delete bloatware and also change boot animation. Do I need unsecured boot? When I make changes / delete stuff it comes back when I reboot. I have root explorer. I know where the virgin mobile boot animation is but it won't delete.

I have the zara cl virgin mobile version . I unlocked boot loader with HTCdev rooted and flashed insert coin. I had nandroid backup but stored it on my pc and then my computer crashed. I have 2.22 hboot and is is 2.15.6 xx.3 (in on my phone now) if somebody has any ideas or a flashable twrp...
