How do I install TWRP Recovery on this phone WITHOUT rooting it?

For some reason I can't have four apps open at a time, one of the four always crashes... Seriously, why would the phone kill one of my apps in the overview menu just so a random app I don't have open can eat some RAM?? What is the logic here...

Hey, my phone was randomly making bug reports (I found out that to stop it I had to turn off USB debugging which I did) but now I can't find where it saved all the bug reports and I want to find it and delete them.

On my moto x pure I can't seem to find a setting to have notifications pop up in a card like form like anywhere in the phone.

Recently, I have been having really poor battery life on my phone... The reason could be the battery aging rapidly, but Android system seems to be a huge issue as well... Any help would be appreciated.

My galaxy S3 randomly decides to boot itself down at random times without telling me... it started doing it today but I have no idea why :/ Yes it is at low battery, but the weird part is it doesn't say the "Shutting down.." thing, it just randomly shuts off... It might be stuck in a bootloop...
