Z), the primary ingredient in a clinical depression/PTSD experience. Push it aside (on your own or with a competent CBT therapist) as best you can and get on with the HERE AND NOW inside your head, rather than the ANTZ. The queen ANT is "I'm no good" which gives birth to "I'm ugly, dumb, stupid, unlovable, always wrong, not right, not worthy, I deserve to die etc., etc. ad infinitum ad nauseam...
You never quite get rid of the damn things, but you come to realize as time goes on to not listen so intently (make them like soft background elevator music) and believe such irrational (no solid/concrete proof for them) thoughtz.
Oh yeah, if the "I deserve to die" gets you planning for your death-
GO SEE SOMEONE ASAP!! NO ONE EVER DIED IN MY PRACTICE and I saw thousands over the 33 years I was in practice-
