He sent me a TM and I clicked on the link. He joined my phone, took control, and it was so fast I may not recall all he did. Clear cache, then synch. Then we did the same to the second phone. Wonderful experience. I did not have to wait on hold. Guess why.

Samsung TS was fast and definitive. Problems solved in minutes. I will always buy Samsung phones.

Sorry for the confusing. Yes the pop-up screen appears, stays, and shows the caller, but the announcement through my bluetooth earpiece is only once and after the first ring. I'd like the caller to be announced more than once.

Did do a settings reset before the app deletion.

You are a genius. Exactly. I had installed a QR Scanner from the Play Store and it forced an app. "Scan Now". Reset phone settings ----> no help. Uninstalled the scan app and the GUI was 90% better. Had to do some rearranging of icons, but the phone is now back to "normal". Thank you.
