The only thing you can do is change your PRL and try different ones...... It's not granteed that it works or gets any better. Best thing would be to make a clockworkmode backup of your phone and then flash either CTMod2.5 or Halfass ROM ( to get the hidden menus ) and then change the PRL. Once the PRL is changed, restore your backup..... You may have to do this several times to find the best PRL for your location. Good luck -
