ok i Updated to 4.3 on my S4 and i decided to root it and flash CWM on it. but when i try to put my phone back to 4.2.2 im not able to... any help?

I have an question. I have the epic 4g touch from sprint, but i dont have service with them anymore (bill got too high), is there a way for me to flash the phone to boost mobile? a simple way.
