Root [Virgin Mobile] Clean ROM?
Hello. I'm an owner of a Galaxy Victory 4g lte. My carrier is Verizon. I wanted to know if there's a clean ROM I can install (don't care which version of android) that takes out all the verizon software and allows for tethering and hotspot. is there one available? Thanks- bardlehel
