There is a symbol that looks like a circle with the corners of a box around it while using the camera. Sometimes it's white and sometimes green. I've searched but haven't determined what this is. Would appreciate any help. Thanks.

Tried searching but didn't see this exact issue. My default ringtone and notification sound won't stay set after powering off. Anyone have any ideas as to what might be causing this?
