i think you have slcd. But, the latest version of the reflash_package.exe means that you don't have to do that extra step in my guide.

Basically, follow my guide, but use teh reflash package here instead of the one on my guide: http://downloads.unrevoked.com/recovery/3.14/reflash_package.exe

then do not follow the extra steps for slcd users.
